Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders for completed products available on our website are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail. Time estimates for custom orders will be given at the time a custom order or commission is accepted.

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible! If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments can however be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, you will be notified by e-mail. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending upon shipping destination and which option is the most cost effective. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

A local pick up option is available at checkout for customers near Clarkston, Michigan.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Eventide & Birch is not responsible for and customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.)

International Shipping Policy

Eventide & Birch does not currently ship outside the continental United States.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the postal service. If we cannot validate the address, an attempt will be made to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If the address can not be updated, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Eventide & Birch will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover or replace the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

Once a package leaves our studio it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the shipment carrier. If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it please file a missing package claim online with applicable shipment carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Eventide & Birch is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
